• On Your Own -  Look up the life of Saint Óscar Romero.  How did he promote peace and justice?  Complete the activity sheet to gain a better understanding of Saint Óscar Romero’s mission of solidarity.
• WITH Your Family– Have some family fun with the Works of Mercy board game!  Together, you will gain a better understanding of solidarity, peace, and justice.  When the game is over, select an activity that you will do as a family.
• With Your Class:  It’s a proven fact. When you do something good for another person, you feel better about yourself. Doing something good for another boosts your sense of purpose, accomplishment, and overall self-esteem.
• With a Small Group: Select one or two Corporal Works of Mercy and plan how you and your classmates can put them into action. Report back to your class what you did, how you did it, and how your activity affected you.
